Right to Know

As a healthcare employee, you have the right to know the types of hazardous substances that are used in your workplace.
Material safety data sheets are now referred to as safety data sheets (SDSs) under the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). SDSs must be available to you for each chemical used in your work area, either in paper or electronic form.
Ask your supervisor, educator, or manager for the exact location.
