Routine Tissue Processing

This is an example of a routine processing protocol (for large tissue sections) with a closed-system processor, using standard processing reagents and also pressure/vacuum. Compare the tables on the following pages and note how many hours it takes to process routine surgical tissue versus smaller biopsies, and also fatty tissue.
