Failing to Report a Violation

Helping another person commit any of these violations of Board rules is also a violation, with substantial penalties.

If you know about a violation, you must report it to the appropriate authorities, perhaps your supervisor or lab director, or the Board itself. If you know about a violation and don't report it, you may be subject to disciplinary action as well.

There are instructions on how to file a complaint with the Department of Health against all health care professionals on the DOH website. Complaints can be filed anonymously, however the department may not be able to investigate properly without additional information from the person filing the complaint.
