UEA estas la plej granda mond-asocio por Esperanto. Ĝi okazigas la Universalajn Kongresojn ĉiun jaron en diversaj lokoj. La Libroservo de UEA estas bonega kaj granda. UEA is the largest worldwide association for Esperanto. It organizes the World Congresses every year in diverse places (from Croatia to Brazil to Sweden to China). The Book Service of UEA is excellent. At the webpage, you'll find a searchable book catalogue and information about the programs of UEA, including the World Congresses, TEJO (the Worldwide Esperantist Youth Organization), and Indigenous Dialogues (a program to unite and strengthen the rights of indigenous peoples throughout the world).

ELNA is the offical organization of Esperanto in the U.S. and works to bring together local Esperanto clubs in America. ELNA hosts an annual congress in varying states and provides information about Esperanto to interested parties. La Book Service of ELNA is pretty big, and the book catalogue is in English. ELNA's goal is to give American Esperantists the chance to use the International Language within their home country. If you want to find an Esperanto group in your hometown, ELNA maintains a list with contact information at their homepage.
