What happens after I subscribe?

Subscriptions by credit card: You'll have instant access to the MediaLab system for the product(s) and subscription(s) you've selected. Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive a login username and password, and you can log in to the MediaLab system to add additional users and configure your subscription.

Subscriptions by check: Once you place your order above, you'll receive an order number and instructions for mailing in your payment to MediaLab. When we receive payment, we'll e-mail you a login username and password so you can get started. There is minimal processing, and login information is usually sent the same day we receive payment.

How long does it take to set up MediaLab?

MediaLab setup is very easy. While there are many features that give you precise control over your subscription, you can set up the essentials in just a few minutes. You can add employees one at a time, upload a spreadsheet exported from your HR / personnel program, or allow users to register themselves. Each user receives his or her own unique username and password.

Compliance & CE subscribers can assign required courses and make optional courses available with a few clicks. Users can begin taking courses right away. A special "Get Started" guide walks you through configuring your subscription.

Document Control subscribers can start uploading documents immediately, organizing them into manuals, and configuring permissions for your users.
