What happens after I subscribe?

Subscriptions by credit card: You'll have instant access to the MediaLab system. Once you place your order above, you'll immediately receive a login username and password, and you can log in to the MediaLab system to add students / employees, assign required CE and compliance courses, and build your online training. You'll have complete, instant access to the entire MediaLab system.

Subscriptions by check: Once you place your order above, you'll receive an order number and instructions for mailing in your payment to MediaLab. When we receive payment, we'll e-mail you a login username and password so you can get started. There is minimal processing, and login information is usually sent the same day we receive payment.

How long does it take to set up MediaLab so that my employees can start taking courses?

MediaLab setup is extremely easy. While there are many features that give you precise control over your subscription, you can set up the essentials of the MediaLab system in just a few minutes. There's no delay or waiting period for registering students, assigning courses, or configuring access.

Once you receive your username and password (see above), you can set up students / employees and CE / compliance courses in minutes. Your employees / students can start completing courses and earning CE right away, with no delay or waiting period for registration.

Entering students / employees into MediaLab is quick and easy. You can add employees one at a time, upload a spreadsheet exported from your HR / personnel program, or allow employees / students to register themselves. Only first and last names are required. Optionally, you can provide e-mail addresses, employee ID numbers, and license numbers when adding employees / students, or you can provide these at a later date. Student / employee e-mail addresses and e-mail access are not required to participate in MediaLab. Each employee / student receives his or her own unique username and password.
