Disciplinary Violations

Licensed clinical laboratory personnel are required to follow all laws and rules of the Board, orders of the Board relating to disciplinary action, and must be truthful and helpful in the event of an investigation.

The following are violations of Board rules:

  • Violating a previous Board order relating to disciplinary action.
  • Misrepresenting or hiding facts during licensing, renewal, or disciplinary procedures.
  • Interfering with investigations into disciplinary violations.
