CD19 and CD20

These images represent fluorescent monoclonal antibody data for CD19 and CD20 respectively. The peak to the left of the vertical line is negative and the peak to the right is positive. This means that the percentage of cells in the gated population (lymphocytes) that have CD19 cell surface antigens is 6.8% and CD20 positive cells comprise 6.7% of that population.

A CD5 analysis further confirmed that the B-cell population was CD5-negative.

The B-cell expression at this point is:

CD5=0%
CD19= 7%
CD20= 7%
