Scenario 3:

During the initial phases of the collection, when the donor was requested to empty his pockets, the collector noticed an item that might contain something which the donor could use to either dilute, adulterate, or substitute the specimen.

Collector's Response:

The collector tells the donor about the observation and informs him that a directly observed collection will be conducted.
