Varying reaction strengths in the same phase could indicate antibody showing dosage, multiple antibodies, or both.
Jka and S are the antibodies that are present. Weaker reactions can be seen when either of the target antigens is present alone and/or in the heterozygous state on the cell.
4+ reaction in panel cell 1, 4 and 9: Both Jka and S are present
4+ reaction in panel cell 7 and 10: S present (homozygous)
3+ reaction in panel cell 6: Jka present (homozygous)
3+ reaction in panel cells 2 and 8: S present (heterozygous)
2+ reaction in panel cell 5: Jka present (heterozygous)
