  • Wear only flat rings under gloves as large rings may tear gloves.
  • Replace gloves:
    • Between patient contacts
    • If they are damaged or contaminated
    • Before leaving the work area.
  • Wash hands after removing gloves.
  • Never wash disposable gloves.
