Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If you are not happy with your subscription, you may contact MediaLab at sales@medialabinc.net for a refund within 30 days. Refunds of payments made via credit card will be refunded to your credit card; refunds of payments made by check will be returned via check.
• No Recurring Credit Card Charges
• MediaLab will only charge your credit card once for any online subscription. Though MediaLab subscriptions are sold on a yearly basis, your credit card will not be automatically charged for a renewal. You may renew your subscription anytime via our website. Renewal notices will be sent prior to your expiration date.
