| A 16 year old male champion athlete went to his doctor complaining of a persistent cough, fever, bloody diarrhea and overall weakness. Upon questioning the patient, it was learned that he had recently competed in a freshwater swimming competition in the Caribbean. Examination revealed a dermatitis on the patient's right calf.
