David Woodard, MS, CLS, CIC, CPHQ is the Vice President for Infection Control and Laboratory Services for Steven Hirsch and Associates, a healthcare management consulting service. Currently, he is assigned to the USC/Norris Cancer Hospital as the Infection Control Practitioner. He is also an adjunct clinical instructor of pharmacy at the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy. Mr. Woodard holds an MS in microbiology and biochemistry from New Mexico State University.
